Common questions

How are jobs matched and scored?

Every new posting is scored against your resume and the preferences you set. Your list is sorted by that score, and each card names the skills you're missing. Scores are a guide, not a promise of an interview.

Does Tercelet make anything up?

No. Tailoring rewords and reorders what you've actually done. A new skill only goes on your resume after you've built something with it.

Will my application get flagged?

There's nothing to flag. You get an ordinary PDF of your own experience, written for the role. No hidden text and no keyword stuffing.

How do credits work?

A tailored resume uses 3 credits, a cover letter 2 and a LinkedIn rewrite 10. You start with 10 free credits, topped back up to 5 each month. Parsing, scoring and PDF downloads are free.

What happens to my resume?
